You should also get a health and fitness journal to track your meals, workout, and record your weight loss journey all in one place. Make the practice of exercising something that you look forward to, and soon it will become a regular part of your healthier lifestyle.

  1. Great tips for weight loss. I also like to keep plenty of vegetables around like carrots just to snack on. Vegetables and complex carbs like beans, potatoes, lentils and legumes are so nutrient dense and low in calories, you always feel full and keep the calories low.
